Mixat Sara was born from a passion for creating exceptional pastries that blend traditional Arab flavors with Western baking techniques. Founded in Ajman, UAE, our kitchen has been serving the community with premium desserts since 2018.
Our founder, Sara Al-Kaysa, grew up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of the UAE. After studying pastry arts in Europe, she returned home with a vision to create a unique pastry experience that honors her heritage while incorporating international techniques and flavors.
What started as a small home-based business quickly grew into a beloved local brand, known for its attention to detail, premium ingredients, and exceptional taste. Today, Mixat Sara continues to delight customers throughout Ajman and beyond with our handcrafted pastries and desserts.
